Digital, personalized readings
Each paid reading is a digital item prepared specifically for you. This affects your right to a refund, as explained below.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For bespoke digital content that right ends once preparation begins with your agreement: by ordering and asking for immediate preparation, you accept that you lose the right of withdrawal once the reading is delivered.
When we will refund
If your reading has not yet been prepared, or if there is a genuine problem with what you received, contact us and we will make it right, with a refund where appropriate.
How to request a refund
Send your order details through the contact page. We aim to reply quickly and to process any approved refund to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
